WEEK 35: CONSISTENT. INTENTIONAL. FOCUS. PURPOSE. SUCEESS!

Thank you for your support and commitment to volunteer at Drew Charter School. As we approach the holiday season, we know that there will be an increase in Volunteer Background requests. To ensure we are able to meet this increase in demand, please be aware that we are required to use outside systems to complete our background checks. Occasionally, some states have to pull their databases offline due to technical or securtiy issues which is out of our control. Because of this, please be aware that WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 7 TO 14 DAYS BEFORE WE ARE ABLE TO SUBMIT CLEARANCE APPLICATIONS. This enables us a better opportunity to clear all applicants even if some systems are down.

All requests should be submitted to  drewvolunteers@drewcharterschool.org

Your Feedback Matters: Complete Georgia Department of Education Survey

The Georgia Department of Education is also eager to hear from you, our valued parents and guardians. Please take a few moments to complete the 22-question survey for parents/ guardians by clicking the button below. Your participation will help enhance our educational programs. If you have two or more children at Drew attending the same academy, please only complete one survey for that academy. If you have two or more children attending multiple academies, please complete one survey per academy.

Family Survey Links:

The surveys are confidential, and school leaders will only receive school-level data. Some examples include the total percentage of students who feel safe in school restrooms or the total percentage of families who feel welcome at Drew. Thank you for your continued support and partnership in creating a positive learning environment for our students. We appreciate you!
