WEEK 28: THE TIME IS ALWAYS RIGHT TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT!

YEARBOOKS

Please share the following information about Senior Ads with students and family members:

The deadline for yearbook ads has been extended until January 31st 2025.

Click HERE to purchase Senior Ads. You must register for an account, design, and purchase your ad by January 31st. The design maker is embedded in the process, but you can also create a design in Canva or Adobe and then upload it. It’s completely up to you.

(Please note that Seniors do not need to purchase a yearbook separately because one is included in their Senior Dues)

Please contact Alicia McKenzie-Brown (alicia.mckenziebrown@drewcharterschool.org) if you have any issues with designing or purchasing senior ads.

DREW CHARTER SCHOOL – JA/SA

Event Code: FE287624

Also Needed: Infinite Campus Student ID

Thank you for your support and commitment to volunteer at Drew Charter School. As we approach the holiday season, we know that there will be an increase in Volunteer Background requests. To ensure we are able to meet this increase in demand, please be aware that we are required to use outside systems to complete our background checks. Occasionally, some states have to pull their databases offline due to technical or securtiy issues which is out of our control. Because of this, please be aware that WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 7 TO 14 DAYS BEFORE WE ARE ABLE TO SUBMIT CLEARANCE APPLICATIONS. This enables us a better opportunity to clear all applicants even if some systems are down.

All requests should be submitted to  drewvolunteers@drewcharterschool.org

Thank you so much for your incredible support of our Reading Bowl team. The next step of our journey will take place on February 8th at Clayton State University. Let’s continue to cheer our team on as they represent DCS.

Thinking about moving? Please remember that your family must reside in our school district (Atlanta Public Schools) to continue attending Drew. Drew is located close to the border of Atlanta Public Schools and DeKalb County School District, so some addresses that are near Drew might not be a part of our district. To determine if an address is within our school district, you may use the district’s school locator or reach out to the Enrollment Team at enrollment@drewcharterschool.org or 404-450-0567. We are here to help!

Already moved? Please update your address with us as soon as possible. You may submit an address update request via this link. Thank you for keeping us up to date!
