Survey to determine eligibility for financial assistance

Drew Parents/Guardians:

In order to ensure an equitable experience for all of our students and families, Drew seeks to provide financial assistance and access to free/reduced-price programs, services, and/or goods to students who qualify as economically disadvantaged. Please complete this brief, optional survey by Tuesday, October 15, to inform us if your student may be eligible for assistance when available. If we do not receive a response from your family, we will assume that your student/s do not currently meet any of the eligibility criteria. Any information provided will be protected as confidential pursuant to state and federal law and will be used only as you consent to within the survey.

Note: If you have more than one child at Drew and you choose to complete this survey, you only need to complete one per family.
