JEAN PASS Info!

STUDENTS/GUARDIANS READ ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM. THIS INFORMATION IS TO ASSIST IN SHARING THE SENIOR ACADEMY EXPECTATIONS.

Lost or Stolen passes cannot be replaced.

If your band is without a label you will be required to change into full uniform [button down shirt, tie, and khakis]
Please understand that Jean Passes are rewards for all efforts displayed throughout the school week

NOTE
Wearing the school uniform daily[including Friday's] is an EXPECTATION!

receiving a JEAN PASS for Friday is an EXCEPTION to the rule
  • JEAN PASS PROCEDURE:
  • Students will receive a weekly EAGLE RISE REPORT through email.
  • The sections in the Eagle Rise Report will be the criteria for earning a Jean Pass. The sections will reset every week!
  • You will be given a jean pass for meeting the school expectations below.
    • The expectation for students to earn a jean pass are based on the following:
      • Being in Uniform 100% of the time
      • Care and Proper placement of school laptops 100% 
         of the time
      • Being on time to class 100% of the time [0 Tardies]
      • Being in proper locations throughout the day 100% of the time
      • Following school code of conduct 100% of the time
      • Being present in all classes [0 Absences]
        • If you are absent due to illness be sure to submit an excuse to the main office with Ms.Edward.

Any of the following violations will void the Jean Pass and the student will be required to change into full uniform.

  • Students with jeans passes are encouraged, to wear a Drew spirit wear (t-shirt, jacket, sweatshirt, etc) or regular clothing [see exclusions below].  
    • Shirts must have sleeves
  • Students may wear shorts/skirts [no more than 3 inches above the knee], jeans, cargo pants or other appropriate style pants without holes, rips, or distressing but may not wear the following:
    • sweatpants, joggers, leggings or tights, basketball shorts, terry cloth, or any other athletic type shorts/pants.
  • Students may also wear sneakers and closed-toed shoes, but not flip-flops, slides, Crocs, or any open-toed/heeled shoes.
